MEET TOM

Tom has lived in both Tsawwassen and Ladner almost 40 years. With a successful track record in business over 25 years Tom brings to the table experience, local real estate knowledge and powerful negotiating skills to ensure you get the best value. Tom’s Slogan, “This is Home!” is not just a marketing slogan but also the truth! Tom has lived in both Tsawwassen and Ladner for over 40 years. In fact Tom went to Cliff Drive Elementary School and attended Tsawwassen Junior Secondary, (when there was one) and finally graduated from South Delta Senior Secondary School, Class of 1986. This long history in the community provides him with “Locals” knowledge not just current but going back decades.

Commitment, integrity and trust are keys to Tom as evidenced by his 32-year relationship with his wife.

Currently raising their three children in South Delta, Tom and his wife have enjoyed living in both Ladner and Tsawwassen.

People in the community often know Tom, other than as a realtor, as a Hockey and/or Lacrosse coach giving back to the community he grew up in. Tom values the benefits of giving and sports so much that he and his family started a charity called “Hockey night in Jamaica” in 2010. Hockey Night in Jamaica was loosely founded after the movie “Cool Running’s.” Tom and his family on several occasions have had fundraisers, collected hockey gear and toiletry items and have personally delivered them to Schools and Orphanages in Jamaica.

In addition to Hockey night in Jamaica Tom has a special place in his heart for the Children’s Miracle Network. If you choose Tom as your real estate agent you will be donating to the Children’s Miracle network as he donates part of his commissions to them for every deal he completes. One of his sons was born premature and spent several weeks in the special care nursery, and his wife works on that same ward for over 25 years now so he has a real connection to it.
